This podcast is a dose of, well, ... some days its health & wellness or current events, other days it could be sports, music, movies, or simply...randomness. Best way to know for sure is to never miss an episode. I know I won't....yes, there will be dad jokes. I'm going to strive to keep them around 30 minutes per episode because if you're like me, you listen to multiple podcasts per day and it gets challenging to fit them all in. That being said, there may be times (depending on the topic) where they may be longer. Show me grace, please, ha!
